Nicholas was admitted to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2018, and to the Brunei Bar in 2019. Nicholas practices general litigation, banking and conveyancing and Trademarks. In litigation, he has assisted in criminal defence work and in construction and contract disputes. In banking and conveyancing practice, he has advised clients and prepared transactional and security documentation. In trademarks, he assists and advises clients on registering their Trademark interest in Brunei, as well as other related applications.
