In field of Islamic banking and finance, the Firm handles all forms of banking and security documentation. The Firm has advised on the setup and “conversion” of a conventional practice bank to an Islamic practice bank in Brunei, including the preparation of all its legal documentation. The Firm regularly advises and assists a leading Islamic financial institution in developing and preparing the documentation for its new syariah-compliant financial products.
