Ashley was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2024 and to the Brunei Bar in 2026 after completing her pupillage with the Firm. Ashley practices in banking and conveyancing practice areas, acting for individuals, financial institutions and corporate clients. She advises clients and prepares transactional and security documentation for a wide range of banking and financing matters. In conveyancing practice, she advises on and prepares documentation in respect of sale and purchase/transfer of property, tenancies, property development, and other property-related transactions.
